The CEO builds working prototypes with Claude Code. The fractional CTO wrote the book on AI-native development. Now we need someone to turn POCs into production systems.

The Role: Head of Technology at Schneiders Saddlery
75-year e-commerce company. Profitable. Modern stack. No legacy debt. No bureaucracy.

You'll Own:
  • Complete tech stack (Shopify Plus, BigQuery, AWS)
  • AI automation for business operations
  • Turning CEO prototypes into production systems
  • Direct line to leadership -- no ticket queues
You Must Be:
An AI-native developer. Not "uses Copilot." Someone with a systematic approach to AI development -- requirements, design, implementation, review. You direct AI to build complete systems.
AND
An e-commerce engineer. You've built on Shopify, Magento, or similar. You understand orders, inventory, integrations at a technical level.
AND
Comfortable with ambiguity. CEO hands you a working prototype. You figure out how to make it production-ready.
What You Get:
  • Contract: $75/hr (months 1-3)
  • Full-time: $150K base + up to 100% bonus
