Your skills and qualifications:
  • 3+ years leadership experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution center setting
  • Proven ability to lead and develop others
  • Ability to plan ahead and multi-task 
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Open and flexible availability 
  • Safety first mindset
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs and ability to learn systems easily
  • Ability to stand, walk, and be mobile for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently
