Schneiders Saddlery is hiring a Fully Remote Growth Manager who's fluent in modern AI-assisted marketing—not just prompting, but building.
We're not looking for someone who "uses ChatGPT sometimes." We want a vibe coder who:
- ✅ Rapidly prototypes landing pages using Claude/ChatGPT (hours, not weeks)
- ✅ Deploys agentic AI for competitor monitoring, dynamic segmentation, campaign optimization
- ✅ Builds automation workflows (Zapier, Make, n8n) to scale output without headcount
- ✅ Uses AI for high-velocity creative testing and data analysis
- ✅ Stays current on emerging tools and frameworks (not just familiar, actually deploys)
What You'll Own (Full-Stack Technical Growth)
- Paid Acquisition: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, emerging channels; AI-assisted creative generation and testing; Automated bid optimization and budget allocation
- Platform Optimization (eCommerce): Rapid landing page prototyping (AI-assisted code); Systematic A/B testing (2-4 tests running always); UX improvements based on heatmap/session recording analysis
- Analytics & Attribution: Custom dashboards and data pipelines; SQL queries for cohort analysis; LTV prediction models; Multi-touch attribution
- AI Workflows: Agentic systems for monitoring, segmentation, optimization; Automation reducing 20-30 manual hours/month; Prompt libraries for scaling marketing output; Integration with GA4
- SEO & Amazon: Content-to-conversion strategy; Product page optimization (schema, structured data); Amazon marketplace execution
Your First Year Impact

Requirements
Must-Have:
- 5-7 years in growth marketing or DTC e-commerce (hands-on)
- Deep expertise in Paid Search (Google) and Paid Social (Meta)
- Technical competence: Shopify (or similar), GA4, SQL fluency
- CRO & A/B testing methodology (proven wins)
- AI Fluency: Daily user of LLMs (Claude/ChatGPT) for prototyping and automation
- Full-stack mindset: You build landing pages, write copy, and analyze data
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, or emerging channels
- Amazon Seller Central strategy/execution
- Equestrian interest or background (not required, but helpful)
- Experience in niche/community-driven brands
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
- Performance Bonus: 25% (tied to contribution margin & growth)
- Total Compensation Potential: $144,000 - $188,000
