Chagrin Valley Farms Equestrian Center in Chagrin Falls, OH is seeking a hard-working, reliable employee to add to our facilities and horse care team. At Chagrin Valley Farms, we greatly value and invest in our farm staff team that provides the foundation of the farm's success by ensuring our facility is safe and clean for all members of our community, and that our horses are well cared for and living in a healthy environment. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Feeding and turning out horses
• Cleaning stalls
• Operating farm equipment, including tractors.
• General cleaning
• Farm maintenance
• Hours may vary but are generally 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability required. Some additional availability preferred. 

Experience Desired:

• Horse experience/previous farm staff experience with horses preferred but will train a serious candidate

Job Requirements:

• Physical requirements include prolonged standing, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and climbing
• Candidates must have reliable transportation to/from the farm

Compensation and Benefits:

• $15.00 / hour starting wage, negotiable with prior experience and opportunities for pay increases
